  • User / You — Any natural person who creates a Qleera account or uses Qleera services
  • Qlist — Your curated collection of brands and products you explicitly save
  • Pass — A brand or product you have marked to avoid
  • Echo — A real post-usage experience you share about a product, including aspect ratings and verbatim feedback
  • PLM — "People Like Me" — matching by life context
  • Gift Profile — A shareable profile to help someone recommend gifts
  • AI Assistant — The host AI (ChatGPT, Claude) through which you access Qleera
